MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I would just like to thank everyone who has visited my website. To those of you who have  commented and those of you who have preferred to contact me.

I’ve always believed in not following what works but striving to build my own style. If people like it, they like it, but if they don’t they don’t, and that’s okay with me. If you want advice I’m happy to give it but quite frankly there are enough authors and writers doing that in the world today.  Far be it from me to tell you what to do or pollute the aether with anymore advice.

I don’t just interview authors but instead prefer to share my time with all of the arts and that includes volunteering for the arts also. Most of the blog interviews I’ve ever done have come about from random connections.  An interview with amazing tattoo artist, Chaz Orr  will be the first for 2015. Meanwhile I’d like to thank these artists I have interviewed and who have stayed in contact with me.  Russ Wood, Indie musician and producer. Joanne Brooker, amazing artist from The Brooker Studio. Donna Sparano, Spiritual Jewellery Designer of Lauria Jewellery.

I also believe in NOT always telling people what they want to hear but instead I share my thoughts and hopefully provide another option for people to think about. Listening, reflection (you don’t have to agree but think about what a person is communicating)  and training (Every day! If you’re a writer, write every day. Even if it’s just a paragraph, a poem, or a sentence. )  is the key to growing in anything. Finding your own writing voice takes time.  You will find it.

Well, this will be the last post until the New Year. OMG!  It’s going to be 2015!

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE! Be kind to each other over Christmas. Eat lots, be merry and love each other. Be safe.

So until next time. Be brave and bold in your chosen field of creativity. And never be afraid to explore new techniques.
